Your first step is to register a domain, if you don't already have one registered. You MUST have a domain to have web hosting. You may already own a domain, which you can either transfer to TheVillageHost, or simply have it pointed to our name servers. If you have it transferred to us, it will extend your registration period by one year. You may select a domain from the "domains" page, or simply start the order process-- both will give you an opportunity to select a unique domain name of your own. To transfer a domain, simply start the order process.


This is the simplest of all- just select the package that suits your anticipated usage the best-- or contact us for a custom solution if you have special needs.




The last step is simply filling in the order form and customer profile! The profile will allow you to make changes to your account in the future as well as track any future orders through us. We accept just about any form of payment-- major credit cards and PayPal transfers worldwide, cash, checks and money orders through the mail, and for U.S. and Canadian customers, echeck payments may be made through PayPal as well.
